Zambia President Hakainde Hichilema is set to buy a new presidential SUV car valued at over K120 million.
Despite Hichilema making repeated assertions whilst in Opposition, that his government would not allow wasteful expenditure, he is getting himself a very expensive car.
His critics have accussed him of slowly replacing his predecessor.
The issue of expensive vehicles for government officials and heads of parastatals adds to many of his broken election promises so far recorded.
