Scott Sakupwanya celebrated winning Harare Ward 21 as Zanu-PF councillor on Wednesday.
Sakupwanya snatched the seat which had been an opposition stronghold since 2000.
Thousands of supporters met Sakupwanya at entered Mabvuku grounds
Various artistes including Bazooker and Pumacol performed as part of the victory celebrations.
