Popular award winning Zimbabwean journalist, Hopewell Chin’ono, has slammed Nelson Chamisa for allowing problems from the old MDC to continue in the new CCC party.
Writing on Facebook, Chin’ono said:
On the left is the recalled CCC Councilor Norman Hlabano.
He is the official CCC candidate.
On the right is Mpumelelo Moyo who also filed papers as a CCC candidate for the same ward.
This is ridiculous and if it is not solved it means some of the old problems have been imported into the new outfit!
Nelson Chamisa must not allow indiscipline to prevail.
This is what I mean when I say we have selfish politicians who are in it not for the nation, but for themselves.
The damage this will do is so huge such that anyone with the country at heart would have been able to see it.
It is a tragic error if allowed to proceed!
A sad one!
