Honerable Temba Mliswa has defended Guvamatanga spending over a million Rands to Makhadzi and Mafikizolo.
This comes after the Secretary to the finance ministry Guvamatanga booked Makhadzi and Mafikizolo for a birthday performance.
The birthday party that was held at a private location has since gone viral on social media with leaked videos.
Mliswa said that Guvamatanga almost died due to covid therefor heis trying to enjoy his life.
Guvamatanga made most of his riches as a Barclays Manager and when he retired he was given quite a large retirement fund.
