The President of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema has warned his Cabinet and Provincial Ministers that he will not hesitate to make administrative changes for underperformance.

President Hichilema has challenged the ministers to deliver to the expectations of Zambians as they serve the people of Zambia.

Hichilema also said there is need to change procurement procedures to ensure timely delivery of services to Zambians.

He notes that the new dawn administration will not only meet expectations but exceed them.

President Hichilema was speaking when he officiated at the Induction Workshop for Cabinet Ministers and Provicial Ministers at Mulungushi International Conference Centre.

The workshop is meant to create a foundation for enhancing the performance of the ministers as public officers as well as provide for the full understanding of government operations, procedures, process and practices.

He notes that public officers are for Zambians and those charged with the responsibility must ensure they deliver for zambians.
