Popular Botswana cleric, Rev Thuso Tiego will soon be a free man after the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) refused to prosecute him.

Lawyers who spoke to local media said they arrived at the court and found that the charge sheet was not ready.

The police then indicated that they would release Rev Tiego as investigations are continuing.
