A Zimbabwean truck driver has been arrested in Namibia after he got involved in a car accident with a Namibian Youth Minister.
According to a report by the Namibian Sun, a youth minister official died on the scene when he rammed his vehicle into a Zimbabwean-registered truck, which was trying to make a u-turn after taking a wrong route at Henties Bay.
The 23-year-old driver was arrested and will appear in the local court today.
