An ambulance from Karoi Hospital was involved in a fatal accident yesterday as it ferried patients to Chinhoyi Hospital.
A driver, nurse and 2 patients lost their lives.
The other patient who lost his life in the accident, was being transported after being involved in a motorcycle accident. He survived the motorcycle accident, only for him to die in the ambulance accident.
