Prophet Wiseman says man don’t propose to their girlfriends because they don’t have the capital.
In a video on YouTube the prophet said just like Adam, men need to have some money before having a woman in their lives.
“Adam was given a garden before he got Eve”.
He added that no one can propose love while poor there should be money first.
