The leader of Enlightened Christian Gathering Prophet Shephered Bushiri and his wife Mary Bushiri are expected in court today.
At their last appearance, lawyer for the Bushiri’s Wapona Kita convinced the court that the state needed to assemble South African witnesses to testify under oath in Malawian court.
The return to the court comes after Bushiri was given time for mourning after he lost his 8 year old daughter Israella Bushiri.
Israella Bushiri died in Nairobi after days of admission.
The prophet however blamed the south african authorities for the loss of his precious daughter
