Uganda President, Yoweri Museveni, has explained why the Zimbabwe economy failed under Mugabe.
He also said whoever comes after Mugabe, will not succeed in turning around the Zimbabwe economy for the same reasons.
Museveni said Mugabe made a philosophical mistake, which he discussed with him.
The mistake was that Mugabe did not understand the role of the private sector.
