Popular Zimbabwean businessman, Acie Lumumba, this afternoon thanked newly appointed Ambassador Uebert Angel for assisting him in his time of financial need.
Writing on Facebook, Lumumba said:
I have never been ashamed of calling you my father and mentor and never will be because you had my back when it was not fashionable to support a person like me.
1 week after meeting you, with no empirical evidence of success you financially supported my dream and set me on a stage that brought my name to light.
Over the years you have held my hand and lifted me up when my head was down. As you begin this national duty may the God you serve lead you.
