The star newspaper reports that South Africa President, Cyril Ramaphosa, was forced to flee after Zulu regiments at King Zwelithini ‘s special memorial service became unruly and threatened his security.

The newspaper reports that VIP protection has to tear down the fence, after the memorial service, when some unruly regiments (Amabutho), in full traditional gear, carrying traditional gear, tried to get in by force.

After police prevented the regiment from entering for hours, the 150 member strong regiment retaliated by saying no one would be allowed to leave.

Ramaphosa only left after members of the presidential security cut through the fence allowing Ramaphosa to leave, while armed soldiers ran along the convoy.
