Winky D born Wallace Chirumiko in Kambuzuma, Harare, Zimbabwe, on 1 February 1983 is a Zimbabwean reggae-dancehall artist, known popularly as “The Big Man” (stylized as “Di Bigman”).
He was born in Kambuzuma, a high density suburb in Zimbabwe’s capital, Harare.
In the early days of his career, Ninja president clinched a deal with one of the leading mobile phone brands Gtel Zimbabwe, this deal opened many doors in Winky Dee’s life.
He also signed a contract with the Health Service Group population service international PSI, during the national male circumcision campaign.
The top chanter has also been working with the Delta beverages during lion lager campus night that saw him performing at universities around the country.
