Mbare’s New Year Eve music gig organisers- Dhama, DJ Fantan and DJ Level’s bail judgement has been reserved.
Anti-corruption activist Dumisani Mthombeni has rubbished rumours spreading on social media that the trio have been granted bail.
They applied for bail pending their appeal against sentence by the Magistrates’ Court.
According to reports, the lawyer representing the trio made a joint application for bail pending appeal.
This comes after Harare provincial magistrate Mrs Vongai Guwuriro had initially jailed the trio for 12 months before setting aside six months of the sentence.
The six months were set aside for three years on condition that they will not commit a similar offence within that period
