Dr Shingi Munyeza, founder at Borrowdale Life Ministries church, said both Nelson Chamisa and ED Mnangagwa failed to understand the key role of women in key transitional periods and are paying dearly for it.
Dr Munyeza said every transition needs to be midwifed by a woman.
He said in the bible, women played key roles when there was a transition.
However, if women are not handled with care, they can become disruptive and block the ascendence of one who is meant to rise to a position of leadership.
Dr Munyeza said men in Zimbabwe have not mastered the art of working with women for success.
