Bussiness tycoon Frank Buyanga abducted his minor son at gun point from the hands of the mother outside Spar Supermarket in Waterfalls on Thursday.

Buyanga was allegedly being accompanied by two men armed with guns when he staged the ‘heist’ outside a Spar Supermarket.

A video footage captured from the supermarket’s CCTV shows a white Ford Ranger partly obscured by a commuter omnibus pull behind the car followed by the abduction of the minor.

This comes a few days after Buyanga alleged that his son was “kidnapped” by his mother in front of police officers who were powerless to act because of a conspiracy involving President Emmerson Mnangagwa, his wife and children.

Buyanga is locked in a bitter custody battle with his ex-girlfriend Chantelle Muteswa over their five-year-old son. The children’s court gave Buyanga temporary custody after Muteswa was evicted from a property where she lived with her father.

During the incident, Muteswa the mother to the child and ex-wife of Buyanga was allegedly assaulted by one of Buyanga’s man in black suits trying to get her child back.

The twin-cab sped off immediately after getting hold of the child which left many onlookers shocked.

Muteswa was in the company of another woman whose relationship to her could not be established.

Muteswa made a report at the Waterfalls police station, with fear that the South African based Buyanga will leave the country.
