Tino Mambeu has slammed Rutendo Benson Matinyarare for fabricating a weapons discussion that never happened.
Tino says Rutendo was never invited to the meeting and its a mystery how he ended up at the meeting.
Tino explains that he put forward a number of proposals to the meeting but he never put forward a proposal for weapons to be acquired.
Instead, he says he proposed a Zimbabwe Diaspora People’s convention. This was for the purpose of engaging the leaders in the SADC region.
Tino also said he proposed the importance of a strong diapora.
