There was a massive stampede at the anti sanctions march National Sports Stadium as crowds thronged to get a portion of Chicken Slice.
The people who are believed to have been bussed from nearby rural areas vowed to stay until they get a fair share of the food.
During the stampede, some of the people had to be beaten by the police to mantain order. The police was also too few to control the crowds.
A fight also broke out as a gentleman stole another man’s chicken slice.
