In a battle for supremacy at the Zimbabwe Constitutional Court between Advocate Thabani Mpofu and Prof Lovemore Madhuku, Madhuku comes out on top.
Lovemore Madhuku gave a very fine performance opposed to Adv Thabani Mpofu who struggled against the Judges tough questioning.
The arguments made by Madhuku were convincing and he is likely to win for his client.
