President ED Mnangagwa has been conferred another honorary degree of Technology by the Harare Institute of Technology.
President ED Mnangagwa who is the Chancellor of all state universities in Zimbabwe was today presiding over the Harare Institute of Technology graduation ceremony.
He has recently received two different honorary degrees from Chinhoyi University of Technology and Bindura University.
The conferring of honorary degrees to ED Mnangagwa has been criticised by many people and equated to bootlicking by university administrations.
