The Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) President Peter Mutasa has received death threats just before commencing the Executive and General Council Meetings.

The threats have also been received by the Secretary General Japhet Moyo and the Vice President of the Union Flota Ruvinga threatening them about the making of certain decisions.

Mutasa said he is holding the government responsible and he implored them to stop.

The message read “When you get to the ZCTU Executive and General Council meetings, think rationally and do not make irartional, political, and suicidal decisions because we will come to haunt you. Go ahead and you will”.
