Zimbabwean born Peter Moyo has for a second time in as many months emerged Victorious over Insurance giant Old Mutual.
The Johannesburg high Court has ruled this afternoon that Peter Moyo should be allowed to return to his position.
This follows a major fight between Peter Moyo and board Chairman Trevor Manuel whom Peter is Accusing of breaking corporate governance at Old Mutual.
Peter Moyo alleges that once he raised his concerns, Manuel suddenly turned against him and tried to get the board to dismiss him.
However, this is not the end of the road as a more substantive case is still to be heard in court regarding one of Peter Moyo ‘s companies that he co-owns with Old Mutual
