Current estimates put the number of Zimbabweans in South Africa at approximately 4 Million.
– 1 Million formally employed
– 1 Million Domestic Workers
– 1.5 Million Informal and Contractors
Almost every household has a Zimbabwe domestic worker who is not documented.
Zimbabwean professionals are the foundation at many banks and Accounting firms.
This is because the South African education system has not managed to produce Science and Maths Graduates.
The South African Economy need Zimbabwe Labour however it’s important for the ANC government to ensure that they are properly documented.
There is also need to ensure that the community is aware of the contribution of immigrants in South Africa.
There should also be special permits for Foreign business Owners.
