Nurses,at Parirenyatwa hospital allegedly ignored calls for help from a woman who was in labour in the early hours of Sunday morning. The woman is said to have died after several attempts of calling for help, her dead baby was also found in between her legs.
A call for duty was not fulfilled when nurses could not attend to a woman in labour in time. Excruciating pain and agony is said to have eventually killed the woman.An eye witness who refused to be named said it’s sad how she watched her struggle as she eagerly waited for her turn to give birth.
Facts of the matter are yet to be established.
