  • The Cancellation Con: Drivers ask riders to cancel the trip and pay them directly, cutting out the InDrive app. [01:34]
  • The “No Change” Ruse: Drivers claim not to have change, hoping the rider will let them keep the difference. [02:34]
  • The EcoCash Delay: Drivers promise to send change via EcoCash but “forget” to do so. [04:33]
  • The Waiting Game: Drivers make riders wait to trigger surge pricing, increasing the fare. [05:59]
  • The Long Haul: Drivers take longer routes to increase the fare. [07:54]
  • The Lost and Found: Drivers hold onto items left behind to extort a “finder’s fee.” [07:13]
