Zimbabwean musician Baba Harare has taken to social media to share a deeply personal and spiritual message about purpose, sacrifice, and divine validation.
In his post, he reflects on the cost of walking in one’s calling, warning that it often comes with the loss of relationships and misunderstanding from others.
“Your calling will cost you relationships, they will call your obedience extreme,” he wrote. “They won’t understand your burden and mock what they never carried! Even the closest to you will question your call.”
Despite these challenges, Baba Harare reminded his followers that true validation does not come from people but from God.
“Your validation doesn’t come from people it comes from God!” he declared, closing his message with the words “Simba Munashe,” which translates to “the strength is in God.”
