In a recent tweet, journalist Maynard Manyowa addressed accusations that he has been sued by Walter Mzembi, disputing the legitimacy of the claims and raising questions about Mzembi ‘s academic qualifications.
“It is not true that @waltermzembi has sued me or @WeDugUp as he implies here,” Maynard stated, emphasizing that there is no legal dispute currently pending.
Maynard went on to assert that Mzembi does not possess a valid PhD, casting doubt on his professional standing.
“Walter does not have a valid PhD,” Maynard tweeted, signaling a deeper contention beyond the surface-level legal issues.
He described the situation as “not sub judice” and expressed surprise at Mzembi’s tactics: “I am not sure why he is being sneaky and trying to give the impression that the @1changamire investigation was a lie.”
While Maynard acknowledged being preoccupied the previous day, he maintained that he is prepared to bring facts to light.
“There are times when investigations can come to the wrong conclusion. This is not the case with Walter,” he emphasized.
