COZWVA: Bikita South MP Energy Mutodi has been removed as Chairperson of Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Budget & Finance after he launched unwarranted social media attack against Perm Sec of Ministry of Finance, Dr. George Guvamatanga. He has been replaced by Tafadzwa Mugwadi.
