Harare Mayor Jacob Mafume has revealed to the Commission of inquiry that USD$4.5 million was embezzled.
During interview with the commission of inquiry Mafume disclosed that $4.5million had been embezzled from Harare quarry.
Mafume however did not do a follow-up investigation to trace where the funds had disappeared to.
