Controversial religious leader and founder of Yadah TV, Walter Magaya has attributed the closure of his television station to a wave of “fake news” propagated by various media outlets.

This statement follows the announcement of Yadah TV’s impending shutdown after six years of operation, amid ongoing scrutiny regarding Magaya’s qualifications and credibility.

Magaya’s response comes after a recent exposé by the University of South Africa (Unisa), which questioned the authenticity of his claimed academic credentials, adding that he was not an aluminus of their institution.
