Reports allege that Chikumbutso purchased a vehicle that closely resembles the Kaiyi X3 Pro EV and presented it to Mnangagwa at the State House, claiming it was a unique electric model.
However, investigations suggest that the engine and specifications are identical to the existing model, with no modifications made to distinguish it as a new offering.
