Zimbabwe Economic Freedom Fighters Alliance commissar General L Sithole has announced his resignation from the party.
In a statement dated 02 June 2024, Sithole said: “I am very glad to write this letter to you informing of my official resignation from the position of Political Commissar and the also cease to be a member of the organization”.
He did not reveal the reason why he has decided to resign from the party.

REFF: RESIGNATION OF GENERAL L. SITHOLE FROM THE FUNCTION OF COMMISSAR OFFICE AND THE PARTY. I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirit, I am very glad to write this letter to you informing of my official resignation from the position of Political Commissar and the also cease to be a member of the organization. I want to thank the organization with all the experience it gave me, it was my pleasure to be part of the team towards our revolutionary agenda of freeing Zimbabwe
