The High Court has postponed Neville Mutsvangwa’s bail appeal to the 27th of May.
Mutsvangwa was initially denied bail last Monday by Magistrate Dennis Mangosi on the basis that he is a flight risk. He then filed an appeal at the High Court.
The ruling that was set for today could not happen as the investigating officer’s typed record of the proceedings allegedly went missing from the docket.
