Five people died in a collision between a commuter omnibus and a haulage truck along Donnybrook Road in Mabvuku yesterday evening.
The incident was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Zimbabwe Republic Police, Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, as the police were still attending the scene.
Nyathi said the cause of the accident is yet to be determined as investigations are still underway.
