Zimbabwean entrepreneur, wellness and fitness enthusiast, Zodwa Mkandla today shared her fitness routine which she has followed for years at the fitness campaign which was in conjuction with Technogym SA.
She says ever since she started her working out routine she moved from 85kgs to 68kgs which she says she is very proud of and feels good when she dresses up and goes to her meetings.
Zodwa Mkandla says at 4.30 am in the morning she wakes up jogs goes to the gym and then sleeps to rest her body and mind.
She advises people to take wellness and fitness serious and to have quality sleep after working out because the body needs its rest.
