A Harare woman Vimbai Dzingirai, has broken new ground by becoming the first female crocodile farmer.
NewsHawks reports that Vimbai 32 is a croc farmer based in Harare, running the project from day to day.
She starts off her day by flushing out dirty water from the ponds, and refilling them.
Dzingirai has mastered how to maintain their hygiene without agitating their temper.
“Depending on their moods, they can be very territorial and aggressive if you enter their space and get too close on certain days,” Dzingirai told The NewsHawks.
