The politician, Tendai Biti advises South Africans to use their votes wisely on the 29th of March to prevent South African from heading the same direction as Zimbabwe which is controlled by Liberation Movements.
Biti said this while attending the Daily Maverick Gathering Twenty Twenty Four in Capetown on Thursday.
As most countries in the Southern African region are controlled by Liberation Movements, he says the leaders are concerned with power for powers sake instead if power to develop the economy.
Biti says in Zimbabwe everything has been captured and the Constitution is now a wothless paper but in South Africa there is still hope as the courts have been a watchdog in the upholding of the Constitution.
He said, “ln south Africa there is still hope but the citizens must play its role..”
