The new UMkhonto WeSizwe party has delivered a solid performance in its first by-elections held in northern KZN this past weekend.
With less than 3 months since its official launch, the UMkhonto WeSizwe (MK) Party came out as one of the top performers in this week’s by-elections in KZN.
The elections in Abaqulusi Local municipality saw MK party clinch 19% of the votes pushing EFF to fourth place. The MK party is backed by Jacob Zuma.
