Taurai Kandishaya proposes a Social Media Regulatory Board in Zimbabwe
The Epworth Legislator, Taurai Kandishaya has submitted a proposal to the Parliament of Zimbabwe for the establishment of a Social Media Regulatory Board.
According to Kandishaya, Social Media has proved to be hazardous in the society as people are producing producing toxic content everyday, hence the need for strict monitoring.
The proposed Social Media Regulatory Board is said to be mandated at guiding responsible use, protecting users and fostering a conducive social media environment.
