Speaker of Parliament, Jacob Mudenda, has officially notified the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission of 15 vacant seats within the legislative body.
These seats were previously held by members of the Citizens Coalition for Change party before they were recalled by Sengezo Tshabangu.
