Barack Obama has wished former United States of America president Jimmy Carter a happy birthday.
He is turning 99 and Obama said he has inspired so many people around the world with his leadership, character and commitment to service.
Obama together with his wife Michelle hoped that he had a wonderful day and sent Carter their best wishes.
