Local Government Minister Winston Chitando officially opened in Mt Hampden Zimbabwe Cyber City offices.
The high-tech city being bankrolled by Mulk Holdings International will make Zimbabwe the first African country with a smart city accommodating at least 200 villa units on completion.
Minister Chitando was accompanied by Housing Minister Daniel Garwe, Women Affairs Minister Monica Mutsvangwa, War Veterans Minister Chris Mutsvangwa and City developer Billionaire Nawab Shaji UI Mulk.
