Joseph Kalimbwe has revealed that he will open a criminal case against Patrick Chinamasa.
He said it is his Constitutional right to do so tomorrow.
Adding he said the ZANU-PF’s treasure to be jailed once he sets foot in Zambia for his death threats on their nation’s leadership.
