Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) leader Nelson Chamisa has claimed that help is on the way following his defeat in the August Presidential Election.
This comes as the opposition leader did not file a Constitutional Court challenge against Emmerson Mnangagwa’s disputed election victory leaving people guessing his next move.
Taking to Twitter Chamisa said: “HELP IS ON THE WAY…Be of good cheer Zimbabwe !! ‘He did this so all the nations of the earth might know that the LORD’s hand is powerful, and so you might fear the LORD your God forever.’ Joshua 4:24 #Godisinit”, he wrote.
The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (Zec) on August 23 declared Mnangagwa the winner of the disputed presidential election with 52.6% of the vote against Chamisa’s 44%.
Chamisa rejected the results as a gigantic fraud and his CCC party says it is pushing for a fresh election.
