Rwanda President Paul Kagame will not be attending Emmerson Mnangagwa’s inauguration tomorrow.
Mnangagwa will be sworn in as Zimbabwe’s leader for a second term at the National Sports Stadium in Harare.
Rwanda will be represented by its Senate President Hon François Xavier Kalinda.
President Felipe Nyusi, President Tshisekedi, Cyril Ramaphosa are among dignitaries expected to grace the inauguration.
