The Zimbabwean Republic Police has arrested Zhao Jiaotong, 39, for fraudulently duping members of public with E-Creator ponzi scheme.
In a press statement released on 13th of July, ZRP urged scammed groups to report at any nearest police stations.
The police further encouraged members of the public to not be quick in joining pyramid schemes in return for quick investments.
