Former Zimbabwean Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism Walter Mzembi says presidential candidate Saviour Kasukuwere does not need rallies to win elections.
Kasukuwere, a top ruling party official, fled to South Africa after the 2017 and has never set foot into the country since then.
Mzembi who is Kasukuwere’s campaign team chairperson says the candidate already has influence with the ruling party and the nation at large.
“The @Hon_Kasukuwere X Factor does not need Rallies for impact , with or without Rallies the die is cast , it will eat significantly into Mnangagwa fortunes,” said Mzembi.
The chairperson also condemned the ruling party’s tactics in using the police to ban the oppossition CCC from campaigning freely.
“The Nation also needs to see @nelsonchamisa unimpeded in his market share . Together we win!,” he wrote.
