Self exiled former cabinet minister Saviour Kasukuwere has declared candidacy for Zimbabwe Presidency.
In an interview on Newsroom Afrika, the 53-year-old aspiring candidate said his mission is to revive Zimbabwe’s dilapidated economy.
Kasukuwere said he is the perfect candidate for the presidency citing that he spent years under the government and leadership of Robert Mugabe.
Kasukuwere said Zimbabweans cannot afford to continue down the path of economic decline and social division.
He added that Zimbabwe possesses immense potential for economic development
“We must harness our natural resources, invest in infrastructure, and create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive. By doing so, we can unlock the true potential of our nation and improve the livelihoods of all Zimbabweans.”
