High Court judge Pisirayi Kwenda has dismissed with costs the request by Mike Chimombe and Moses Mpofu to have Chivayo testify in court.
This comes after Chivayo attended a fraud court session involving his ex business partners Mpofu and Chimombe.
The request was dismissed with costs. The judged cited that Chivayo was not a necesaary witness.
